Artículo único . Siempre que el Secretario de Hacienda se halle impedido o tenga escusa lejítima para conocer en algun negocio de la competencia del Jurado de Aduanas, lo sustituirá corno miembro de esa corporacion i para tal caso, el Secretario del Tesoro i Crédito nacional.
