Art. 58. Los Fiscales de los Tribunales de Distrito Judicial llevarán la voz del Ministerio Público ante los Juzgados de Circuito en los juicios de jurisdicción contenciosa en que medien intere ses nacional ó departamental, y que sean de la competencia de dichos Jueces.

En los Juzgados de Circuito que no sean cabecera de Distrito Judicial, aquellos Fiscales podrán constituir apoderado para las gestiones del caso, pero someterán á la aprobación del Gobierno los convenios de mandato que celebren.
