º . El Gerente del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República podrá efectuar incorporaciones parciales a la Planta de Personal determinada en el acuerdo, dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes contados a partir de la publicación del decreto del Gobierno Nacional que apruebe el presente acuerdo, de conformidad con el programa de transición que para el efecto deberá elaborar el Gerente.
