Consejo de la Medalla. El Consejo de la Medalla estará conformado de la siguiente manera para su respectiva aprobación:

Presidente: Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares.

Vicepresidente: Comandante del Comando Conjunto de Operaciones Especiales.

Vocales: Comandante del Comando Unificado de Operaciones Especiales.

Comandante Agrupación de Fuerzas Especiales Antiterroristas Urbanas.

Secretario: Jefe de Desarrollo Humano Comando Unificado de Operaciones Especiales.
