El artículo 79 de la Ley 31 de 1925 , "sobre protección a la propiedad industrial," Quedará así:
Artículo 79. Los poderes conferidos en el Exterior y que deban acompañarse a las solicitudes de que trata esta Ley, deben conformarse con lo dispuesto en el artículo 271 de la Ley 105 de 1931 .
