Art. 7.° Los individuos que posean fincas enajenadas por motivo de contribuciones é exacciones de guerra de 1876 para acá, están en el deber de comprobar que los adquirientes en esas enajenaciones pagaron realmente el precio de la enajenacion, consignándolo en manos de un empleado que tenia legítima facultad para recibir dicho precio conforme á las disposiciones existentes. Si tal prueba no se diere al exigirla el Poder Ejecutivo, concediendo para ella un término razonable, se devolverá la finca á sus primitivos dueños, y el actual poseedor será considerado para todos los efectos legales como poseedor de mala fe.
