Otros sistemas de incentivo forestal. Las entidades competentes para el manejo y administración de los recursos naturales renovables y del medio ambiente, cumplirán funciones análogas a las previstas en esta Ley, para los efectos del otorgamiento del Incentivo Forestal en desarrollo de sistemas organizados por otras entidades públicas o privadas.

Nota: El artículo 103 del Decreto 1122 de 1999 dice que: "cuando se hace referencia a "Las entidades competentes para la administración y manejo de los recursos naturales renovables y del ambiente" se adiciona la siguiente expresión: "o las que determinen los reglamentos".
