° El Comité se reunirá ordinariamente cada tres meses y extraordinariamente por convocatoria de su Presidente o de la mayoría absoluta de sus miembros. Cuando lo considere necesario, el comité podrá citar a personas o entidades públicas o privadas que tengan ingerencia en la política indigenista del Departamento de la Guajira.
