Del Manual de Seguimiento Ambiental de Proyectos. Para el seguimiento de los proyectos, obras o actividades objeto de licencia ambiental o Plan de Manejo Ambiental, las autoridades ambientales adoptarán los criterios definidos en el Manual de Seguimiento Ambiental de Proyectos expedido por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial.
