Queda totalmente prohibido el uso de los indicativos de llamada de un operador radioaficionado, por personas diferentes al titular de la licencia. El radioaficionado que autorice o permita el uso de su distintivo de llamada por parte de otra persona, se hará acreedor de las sanciones contempladas en el presente Decreto.
