En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se incluirá una partida hasta de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones de la presente Ley. En caso de no hacerse, queda facultado el Ejecutivo para abrir el respectivo crédito.
