Los Consejos Profesionales Seccionales de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, tendrán un Secretario nombrado por el Gobernador. Su sueldo, el del personal auxiliar y los demás gastos que ocasione el funcionamiento del Consejo serán atendidos por el Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del respectivo departamento.
