Artículo único. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, Créanse dos Prácticos para la Aduana de Cartagena, con el carácter de empleados supernumerarios, y con la asignación mensual de cincuenta pesos ($ 50) cada uno, aplicable al capítulo 24, artículo 70, del Presupuesto vigente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
