° La cantidad de $ 25.000 apropiada en el Presupuesto vigente para la celebración del primer centenario de la fundación del Municipio de Pitalito, y las que se liquiden en vigencias posteriores, se entregarán al Tesorero Municipal, quien deberá otorgar fianza del manejo e inversión dé los fondos a satisfacción de la Contrataría General de la República, por la cuantía que esta entidad le señale.
