° Modificar el artículo 1° del Decreto 1163 del 2 de mayo del presente año, mediante el cual se confiere una comisión de servicios al exterior al doctor Camilo González Posso, Ministro de Salud, para viajar a la ciudad de Ginebra, Suiza, con el fin de asistir a la 44a. Asamblea Mundial de la Salud, en el sentido de que la comisión es del 8 al 19 de mayo de 1991, y no como aparece en el mencionado Decreto.
