Articulo 29 En cada organismo o entidad del Sistema Nacional de Salud habrá una Comisión de Présonal, encargada de emitir conceptos cuando la sanción a aplicar sea de suspensión mayor de diez (10) días o destitución. Los conceptos emitidos por la Comisión no obligan al Jefe respectivo.
