Para que los profesionales a que se refiere esta ley puedan ejercer la profesión es necesaria su inscripción en la Jefatura Seccional de Salud de los respectivos Departamentos o Distrito en donde vayan a ejercer la profesión. Estas entidades al hacer la inscripción deben verificar la autenticidad del título y dar informe de dicha inscripción al Ministerio de Educación Nacional, al Ministerio de Salud Pública y a la junta de que trata el artículo 6o. de esta Ley.
