°. La rama ejecutiva determinará y reglamentara el sistema de agotamiento, bien a base de estimación técnica de costos de unidades de operación, o bien a base de porcentaje fijo. El contribuyente podrá elegir el sistema para calcular el agotamiento, escogida una de las dos bases, solo podrá cambiarlas por una sola vez, con autorización del jefe de rentas e impuestos nacionales.
