Reserva legal. Las entidades de Medicina Prepagada deben acreditar una reserva legal. En el caso de las Empresas que tengan naturaleza distinta a las sociedades anónimas, debe crearse una reserva con nombre similar y equivalente a la que deben mantener éstas.
