Artículo decimotercero. La destinación y distribución establecidas en el artículo 3º. de la presente Ley para los recursos originados por el impuesto al valor CIF de las importaciones será por el término de siete (7) años contados a partir del 1o. de enero de mil novecientos ochenta y cuatro (1984), plazo al cabo del cual constituirán ingresos ordinarios de la Nación.
