Ajuste de reglamentos. Los reglamentos de las bolsas de valores y de los sistemas de negociación de valores en los que se celebren operaciones de reporto o repo, simultáneas y de transferencia temporal de valores, deberán ajustarse a los requisitos mínimos previstos en el presente Título. Estos reglamentos deben contener condiciones homogéneas de registro, transacción, liquidación, información y cumplimiento de cada uno de los tipos de operaciones de que trata el presente Título.
