Una vez iniciado el procedimiento disciplinarlo el funcionario inculpado tiene derecho a conocer íntegramente el informe. Tiene igualmente derecho a presentar ante la Comisión sus descargos, bien en forma escrita u oral. El procedimiento que se siga ante la Comisión de Personal será oral, pero se dejarán Constancias escritas de su actuación.
