La suma de que trata el artículo anterior será entregada antes del 1° de enero de 1938 a una Junta de Fiscalización y Control compuesta de tres miembros, así: el Ministro de Industrias, el Jefe de la Oficina General del Trabajo y un Delegado de la Confederación Sindical de Colombia.

Parágrafo

Corresponde a esta Junta supervigilar la inversión que se dé al auxilio de que trata la presente Ley, de acuerdo con las normas y sistemas de control oficiales.
