º Subarrendamiento financiero (subleasing). Las compañías de financiamiento comercial podrán recibir de las sociedades de leasing extranjeras, bienes de leasing para ser entregados en calidad de subarrendamiento financiero, a personas domiciliadas o residentes en Colombia. En este evento, la compañía de financiamiento comercial deberá estar expresamente autorizada por la sociedad de leasing extranjera para entregar el bien subarriendo.
