º El artículo 13 del Decreto 225 de 1977, quedará así: Artículo 13. Los requisitos para optar al título de abogado establecidos por las normas del presente Decreto, se aplicaran a quienes terminen sus estudios con posterioridad al 31 de diciembre de 1977 en programas de períodos académicos anuales, y con posterioridad al 31 de julio de 1978 en programas académicos semestrales.
