º. Vinculaciones al 1º de abril de 1994 al ISS. Las personas que venían vinculadas al Instituto de Seguro Social, ISS, antes de la entrada en vigencia del Sistema General de Pensiones, que no diligenciaron un formulario de afiliación o de ratificación ante dicho Instituto y seleccionaron el Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad, RAIS, con o sin observancia del término legal establecido, también se entenderán válidamente vinculadas al RAIS.
