º. Clasificación de las Agencias de Viajes . Por razón de las funciones que deben cumplir y sin perjuicio de la libertad de empresa, las Agencias de Viajes son de tres clases, a saber: Agencias de Viajes y Turismo, Agencias de Viajes Operadoras y Agencias de Viajes Mayoristas.
