Adjudíquese a la Universidad Industrial de Santander por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, una frecuencia de radio en FM (Frecuencia Modulada) para emitir con potencia hasta 10 KV, desde la ciudad de Bucaramanga.

Parágrafo

Ordénese al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, actualizar el Plan Nacional de Radio Difusión Sonora para estos efectos y darle cumplimiento a lo aquí ordenado.
