º Las certificaciones sobre el registro de nacimiento y demás inscripciones relativas al estado civil se expedirán en modelos especiales diseñados al efecto, que serán autorizados por la superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y deberán obligatoriamente adoptarse, tanto por los Notarios y demás encargados del registro civil, como por el Servicio Nacional de Inscripción.
