Las sumas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, serán puestas a la orden del Tesorero Municipal de Ríonegro (S.), bajo la garantía de la fianza prestada al efecto, y será distribuida en la siguiente forma: cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) con destino a la reconstrucción del puente que comunica aquel Corregimiento con las regiones cafeteras de Ríonegro (S.); y diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) para distribuirlos entre los damnificados, lo cual se hará por una Junta, integrada por el señor Gerente del Ferrocarril del Norte, sección 1.º; por el Inspector de Policía del Corregimiento de Cáchira Sur y por un vecino notable, designado por el Concejo Municipal de Ríonegro (S.), y la suma que se refiere a la carretera se pondrá a órdenes de la Junta Administradora de dicha carretera, por conducto del Gobernador de Santander.
