Apruébase la Convención que fija la condición de los ciudadanos naturalizados que renuevan su residencia en el país de su origen, pacto firmado en la ciudad de Río de Janeiro el día trece de Agosto de mil novecientos seis por los Plenipotenciarios y Delegados en la tercera Conferencia Internacional Americana.
