La tramitación de las solicitudes de matrícula será reservada y en ella solo intervendrán los respectivos interesados, salvo en los casos contemplados en los artículos anteriores. Serán castigados con la destitución inmediata fuera de las sanciones penales y responsabilidades civiles a que hubiere lugar, los empleados que violaren esta reserva.
