°. Destínase la suma de diez millones de pesos ($ 10.000.000.00), para el fomento de cooperativas de producción agrícola y de consumo en las principales zonas productoras y ciudades del país, por medio de la suscripción y pago de acciones en dicha clase de sociedades.

Parágrafo

De la citada suma se tomará la de dos millones de pesos ($2.000.000.00) para la suscripción y pago de acciones en la Cooperativa de Consumo de Bogotá, Limitada.
