Factor de conexidad. Cuando se realicen operaciones de reporto o repo, operaciones simultáneas u operaciones de transferencia temporal de valores entre entidades sometidas a inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, así como los fondos mutuos de inversión controlados por dicha entidad, y entidades que no tengan esta condición, se aplicarán las reglas previstas en el presente decreto.
