Los empleados del Ministerio de Gobierno que pasan al Ministerio de Justicia y que se hallen afiliados a la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional, continuaran afiliados a dicha Caja y gozarán de las prestaciones que esta concede. Igualmente serán afiliados a dicha Caja los demás empleados del Ministerio de Justicia.
