ARTICULO 62 . CLASIFICACIÓN EN LISTA TRES (3). Son clasificados en lista número tres (3), los oficiales, suboficiales, miembros del nivel ejecutivo, agentes y personal no uniformado que obtengan dos (2) o más indicadoras evaluados con "D" (deficiente). Quienes sean calificados con "D" (deficiente) en los indicadores de moral y desempeño en el cargo, son clasificados en lista número tres (3).
