La Sala puede también, de oficio, citar para audiencia si lo cree conveniente, a fin de ilustrar determinados puntos de hecho o de derecho; y, en este caso, el término para fallar, que es el señalado en el artículo 376, se interrumpe únicamente por un lapso de diez días.
