Del término para la presentación de la escritura pública. El representante legal de la institución deberá presentar ante la autoridad competente, dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la fecha de ejecutoria del acto administrativo mediante el cual se hizo el reconocimiento de personería jurídica, copia auténtica de la escritura pública de transferencia de los bienes inmuebles y demás derechos reales, con la constancia de registro. (Artículo 32 del Decreto 1088 de 1991)
