Art. 2.° De los medios batallones 11 y 16 de Infantería que han estado en servicio, se formará un medio batallon que se denominará medio batallon 11 de Infantería, y que tendrá el Jefe, Oficiales y clases que á los medios Batallones señala el Código Militar.

Parágrafo

Nómbrase en prpiedad para Jefe del medio Batallon 11, al Coronel David Ayarza.
