De las personas que deben efectuar la liquidación . Cuando a ello hubiere lugar deberán liquidar los contratos el jefe de la entidad contratante, o quien él encargue por resolución; el Contratista y en el evento en que éste se negare, el interventor, o quien haga sus veces. El acta de liquidación se pondrá a disposición de la Contraloría General de la República, para efectos del control posterior.
