Procedimiento y comprobaciones. El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, por medio de resolución, señalará el procedimiento para el reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones previstas en los artículos 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 y 14 de este Decreto, determinará las comprobaciones que deben presentarse y, según el caso, fijará las cuantías dentro de los límites que las disposiciones establecen.
