º. Si los hechos en que se funda la solicitud están aprobados de acuerdo con los documentos e informaciones indicados en el artículo anterior, la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales accederá a lo que se pide. En caso contrario la rechazará mediante resolución motivada.
