Vinculación económica. Para efectos de determinar la vinculación económica a que se refiere el artículo 7° del Decreto 3541 de 1983 (hoy artículo 449 del Estatuto Tributario), se tomarán en cuenta los ingresos operacionales de la entidad financiera en el año gravable inmediatamente anterior.
