Artículo segundo. La parte final del artículo 13 de la Ley 90 de 1946 quedará así: "El gerente General de cada una de las Cajas Seccional es será elegido por el Consejo Directivo del Instituto, para el periodo de un año, de terna presentada por la correspondiente Junta Directiva, formada dicha terna por el voto de las dos terceras partes, cuando menos de los miembros que integran la junta. El Consejo Directivo podrá exigir presentación de nueva terna ciando considere para el desempeño del cargo."
