Gastos de representación exentos . Se encuentran exentos, en un porcentaje equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de su salario, los gastos de representación que perciban los Magistrados de los Tribunales, sus Fiscales y Procuradores Judiciales, en los términos previstos en el numeral 7 del artículo 206 del Estatuto Tributario. Para los jueces de la República el porcentaje exento será del veinticinco por ciento (25%) sobre su salario.
