ARTICULO 1.3.1.5.1 . CAPITAL GARANTIA. El Gobierno Nacional podrá otorgar garantía del pago de las obligaciones de instituciones financieras cuyo capital pertenezca en parte o totalmente al Estado como aporte de capital, a través del Banco de la República. En este caso el aporte estatal se determinará conforme al valor nominal de la garantía. El Gobierno Nacional está facultado para celebrar con el Banco de la República los contratos que sean necesarios para el desarrollo del presente artículo. TÍTULO II. RESERVA LEGAL
