Siendo el Tesoro Nacional la fuente de recursos para las obras y servicios de utilidad pública o interés social, conforme al artículo 30 de la Constitución Nacional, en ningún caso sus fondos podrán ser embargados por particulares. Esta norma ampara los fondos de las entidades de previsión social nacional. La Pagaduría del Ministerio de Justicia, por orden de la Dirección Nacional del Presupuesto, suspenderá el pago de los sueldos de los Jueces que ordenen el embargo de los fondos de que trata este artículo, hasta tanto revoquen tal providencia.
