Derógase El Artículo 11 Del Decreto 1794 De 2000

°. Derógase el artículo 11 del Decreto 1794 de 2000.

Parágrafo 1

Los Soldados profesionales e Infantes de Marina Profesionales de las Fuerzas Militares que a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto estén percibiendo el subsidio familiar previsto en el derogado artículo 11 del Decreto 1794 de 2000, continuarán devengándolo hasta su retiro del servicio.

Parágrafo 2

Aclárase que el valor del subsidio familiar a que se refiere el artículo 11 del Decreto 1794 de 2000 es el resultado de aplicar la siguiente fórmula: 4% Salario Básico Mensual + 100% Prima de Antigüedad Mensual.
