Sesiones. La Comisión Nacional de Seguridad Minera (CNSM) se reunirá dos (2) veces al año en condiciones de normalidad y de manera extraordinaria cuando sea citada por la Secretaría Técnica, de acuerdo con el reglamento interno que lo regula. Esta Comisión sesionará con más de la mitad de sus miembros que tienen voto y decidirá por mayoría simple de estos.
