El artículo 159 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Lugar de realización del aforo físico. El aforo físico se realizará en la Zona Primaria Aduanera. En el caso de mercancías cuyo aforo físico solo pueda efectuarse en el momento de su descargue en el lugar de destino, o cuando se requiera de medios especiales para realizarlo, o cuando sea peligroso realizarlo en la Zona Primaria, podrá cumplirse la diligencia fuera de ella, previa autorización del Administrador de Aduana. Los gastos que se ocasionen los sufragará el declarante”.
